Building upon BALMUDA's signature steam technology and precise temperature control, The Toaster Pro introduces a new Salamander Grill Mode—inspired by the overhead broilers used in professional kitchens. Designed to direct concentrated heat to the surface of food while preserving moisture within, it allows for deeper browning, crisp textures, and a more precise finish—bringing a restaurant-style finish to everyday meals.

A teaspoon of water poured into the chamber creates a thin layer of steam that gently envelops bread and pastries, helping achieve a crisp, golden exterior while maintaining softness and moisture inside. From everyday slices and artisan loaves to pastries, pizza, gratins, and reheated dishes, the toaster is designed to enhance both texture and flavor across a wide range of foods.

Six specialized modes—including Shokupan, Golden Toast, Pizza, Croissant, Oven, and Salamander Grill—allow for greater versatility and control in everyday cooking. The updated Oven Mode also offers three temperature settings for baking and reheating with added precision.
