Items must be received within 30 days of purchase with the original product packaging for an exchange or full refund for the purchase price of the product.
We offer a convenient prepaid return label for $11.95 for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S. Return label fees for store credit and exchanges will be waived.
DAMAGES, DEFECTIVE, AND WRONG ITEMS
We apologize in advance if an issue has occurred with your order. Please submit a request through our returns portal within 3 days of arrival. When you are logged into our portal, please select and submit your request using the “damaged/defective/wrong item” option. We will review your request and send a follow up email with the next steps.
